Description of the wine

This is an atypical Sauvignon Blanc, full of honey and tertiary notes, with traces of nuts and dried grass. As with all our wines, notes of flint, stone and graphite come through, a gift of the terroir in which it is grown. Only later will you be able to find traces of herbal notes in this wine, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. Gastronomic wine that requires a good bite for complete enjoyment.
